- Listing is free. Every shop gets a Basic profile — its ratings, reviews, hours, up to 5 photos, and view counts — at no cost. You only pay if you upgrade to Featured to turn on leads and richer features.
- What does Featured add over a free listing?
- Featured turns on lead capture and routing, lets you reply to reviews, raises your photo limit from 5 to 10, adds your full services and brands, and places you above free listings in search and your metro. The founding rate is $69/month or $690/year.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Annual billing is ten months for twelve — about 17% off — and can be switched from your dashboard at any time.
- What is the founding rate?
- Shops that upgrade during our founding phase lock a rate that never rises for that shop, even after standard pricing takes effect for later entrants. It stays with your shop through upgrades and renewals.
- How is Flagship priced?
- Flagship is the single exclusive top placement in a metro — one shop per market — so its price is set per market rather than published as a flat rate. Contact the ModShops USA team for availability and pricing.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, not immediately, and your listing reverts to the free tier with your data preserved. We don't refund partial months, but upgrades are prorated.
